After 31 weeks of anticipation, a Renfrew resident has won a significant chunk of change with Renfrew Victoria Hospital.
RVH Foundation Executive Director Patti Dillabough made it official at their Catch the Ace lottery draw on Thursday, September 17.
Tom Hanniman of Renfrew was the lucky winner, revealing the Ace of Spades in envelope number 20 to take home a combined $84,287.
Ticket sales from this season of Catch the Ace have raised a total of $128,573 that will go towards the RVH Foundation’s Equip RVH Campaign, which funds essential capital medical equipment throughout the hospital and ensures that quality care remains close to home for patients.
