A Wilno man faces charges after an incident in Pakenham.
Lanark County OPP got a call on Monday afternoon (Aug 31) from a homeowner on the 4th Concession who saw an unknown vehicle in his driveway with the driver inside unresponsive.
OPP and paramedics went to the scene and spoke with the driver. He was taken to a local hospital for testing.
A 33 -year-old is now charged with operation while impaired by drugs, having care of control of a vehicle with cannabis readily available and failure to surrender a driver’s licence.
He’ll appear in court next month.
