Off-roaders will need to use extra caution in the coming days thanks to work expected along the local trail system.
The Renfrew County ATV Club is warning their members to watch for crews and heavy equipment as grading happens along two sizable stretches of the B-Trail over the next two weeks.
Work is expected to begin west of Pembroke, from Indian River Station towards TV Tower Road, as well as County Road 24 towards the Interprovincial Bridge in Whitewater Region.
Trail users are asked to maintain a safe distance and pass only when directed. Obey all posted signs and flaggers, and do not approach the grader while it’s operating.
