With the school year now over, Renfrew Collegiate Institute is ready to welcome the next generation into their halls.
RCI’s Sports Camp+ will welcome campers from ages 4-12 to the school for a unique week that camp director Joel Corbin says will give those future students a taste of high school life.
Each day next week will be split up into a mix of sports, games, and both individual and team-building activities that will give campers a chance to explore the school’s sciences and arts programs. Corbin says the camp will rely on RCI faculty and current students to lead the way.
Having a student base willing to stay involved even during the summer break is another example of the strong community that has been built at RCI, which Corbin says spans generations in some cases.
RCI Sports Camp+ will run daily from Monday, July 6, to Friday, July 10.
