A group of active and retired firefighters, first responders and military members are hoping to raise a lot of money and awareness for PTSD programming at the Robbie Dean Centre.
The Capital Chapter of the Knights of the Inferno Motorcycle Club is holding a Fire Station Photo Challenge Ride, which will see members ride a 248 kilometre route.
Club spokesperson Michael Borthwick says it all starts around 9am Saturday (June 13th) with registration at the Arnprior Fire Station.
Other stops along the route include Burnstown, Renfrew, Douglas, Eganville, Killaloe, and Quadeville, before heading to the McNab Fire Station for a BBQ.
They hope to see 200 riders out so if you ride a motorcycle you’re encouraged to join in.
The entrance fee is $25, with proceeds going to the Robbie Dean Centre.
