With the myFM Rock the Block Dance Party presented by Keymac Motorsports tonight, here’s what you need to know to make the most of your evening:
When: This Friday, May 29th. Doors open at 6:00 pm. The show starts at 7:00 pm.
Where: The Renfrew Wing.
Parking: Parking is limited at The Renfrew Wing. However, there is parking along Argyle St. and some nearby parking lots. We do encourage you to carpool, taxi, and walk if possible. DO NOT drink and drive.
Who: The Bomb—Retro 80s live experience. They will be performing all your favourite 80s hits. It’s a video dance party! Get ready!
Tickets: Yes, you can still buy them online (on our website) and at the door. Tickets are $19.80 + HST.
Dress 80’s: It’s not mandatory, but we will be dressed up, and you should too! Someone will also win best dressed thanks to Shop the Block at Furniture King! So dig out that neon!
Grand prize: We have a FREE draw for $2500 cash, $1000 to shop downtown Pembroke, a $1000 local shopping spree in Renfrew, and $500 worth of restaurant gift cards. That’s a total of $5000 someone will take home!
Games: We’ll play Name That Tune, and someone could win a prize! Thanks to Mike Hardware Doors and so much more!
Bar: Yes, the bar will be open! It’s cash only! There is an ABM on site and banks located on Raglan St. S. However, you are encouraged to bring your cash with you!
Food: Backyard Gourmet BBQ will be on-site serving food! He has an 80s-inspired menu too!
End time: The band is scheduled to end just before 10. So you will get home at a decent time!
