Police in the Pontiac say a driver they pulled over last weekend had a blood alcohol level that was more than twice the legal limit. The 48 year old man was stopped on Highway 148 in the Bristol area on Saturday night (May 23) after someone reported an erratic driver. The Surete Du Quebec says the man’s driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded. He’s expected to face impaired driving charges when he appears in court at a later date.
