TODAY: The Renfrew County District School Board presents its Entrepreneurs for Change Student Market, Tuesday May 19 at the Arnprior Parish Hall, 295 Albert Street! Over 80 students from Renfrew and Arnprior will showcase and sell self-made products, from home decor to scrapbooking and much more! 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Proceeds support local schools and charities.
TODAY: Trinity-St. Andrew’s United Church, 291 Plaunt St. S., hosts its monthly free Community Lunch this Tuesday, May 19 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Menu is lasagna and Caesar salad, with lemon squares for dessert. Everyone welcome. Donations accepted, but not expected.
TODAY: Hospice Renfrew is Connecting Parents in Grief with a special counselling group this Tuesday from 4:00 to 5:30 pm at their Albert Street office in Renfrew. At any age, from any cause. This support group is a safe space to sit or share with parents who understand the unique loss of grieving a child. All bereaved parents, parents stepparents, and guardians welcome. TOMORROW: Special Olympics Renfrew is hosting a registration BBQ this Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm! Meet the council, coaches, and fellow athletes as they prepare to host soccer and softball this summer! Email renfrew@specialolympicsontario.ca so they can prepare.
TOMORROW: Join the Renfrew Public Library for their after school hang! Drop in from 3:00 to 4:45 pm each Wednesday to compete on the Switch, play board games, eat snacks, and hang out! Ages 8-14.
TOMORROW: The McDougall Mill Museum opens for the season this Wednesday, May 19th! The museum invites you to explore three floors of exhibits and take in scenic views of the Bonnechere River and Swinging Bridge. Open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Renfrew Minor Soccer gets its season underway Tuesday, May 19th at 7:00 pm, as their Under 15 Squads go head to head inside Ma-te-Way Park, weather permitting.
