TODAY: The Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation’s Catch the Ace Fundraiser holds it’s next draw this Thursday at 5:00 pm! Get your tickets at local retailers, online, or by dropping by the RVH Foundation office inside the hospital for a chance to win weekly prizes or the progressive jackpot if your catch the Ace of Spades. Proceeds support equipment upgrades for the medical team. All draws are streamed live on the RVH Foundation Facebook page.
TODAY: Illusionist Brian Keller presents Moment of Insanity: a dinner and a show taking place Thursday, April 30th, at the Cupboard, John St. North in Arnprior. The evening starts with dinner at 5:30 pm with the show starting at 6:50 pm. THIS WEEK: Renfrew and Area Seniors Home Support is hosting it’s 100 Square 50/50 Fundraiser all month long! Each square on the board is $10 each, with the jackpot rising to $500 if all squares are bought before the May 1st draw. TOMORROW: 96.1 myFM’s Home, Cottage, and Leisure Show presented by BerryLane returns to the myFM Centre May 1st and 2nd! Over 70 vendors will take over the arena featuring everything dedicated to your plans for the summer, whether you are thinking about work or play! Plus, plenty of food options to choose from and a dedicated kids activity zone all Saturday. Drop in from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Friday, and from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday.
TOMORROW: Arnprior Community Choir presents Vivaldi’s joyful Baroque Gloria & uplifting contemporary works of hope! The show runs inside Grace United Church, John St. North in Arnprior Friday May 1 @ 7:30pm & Saturday May 2 @ 2pm. Tickets: $20 Adults/$10 Kids at White Pine Books.

Renfrew Minor Baseball has released it’s Week 1 Schedule, with all age groups starting their season between May 6th and May 9th: T-ball– Wednesday 5:30 to 6:30, Rookie– Tuesday 5 to 6:30, Minor– Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-8, Major– Monday and Wednesday 6:30-8 , Jr/Sr– Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-8
Renfrew Minor Soccer will host a Meet the Coaches night at the myFM Centre from 6:00 – 7:30 pm on Monday, May 4th. There will also be a Referees meeting at the arena at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, May 13th.
