TODAY: The 2026 Renfrew County Farmer’s Breakfast takes place inside the Horton Community Centre this Wednesday, April 1st, starting at 8:30am. Guest speakers include Ashley Knapton of A-List Agronomy on the impacts of drought on feed quality and better managing drought in forages. Speakers also include representatives from the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Agri-Business, Agricorp and the Ontario Soil & Crop Improvement Association. TODAY: The Arnprior-Braeside-McNab Seniors at Home Lunch Bunch returns to the Arnprior Legion Hall this Wednesday, April 1st, from 12p-2pm. $15 for an afternoon of great fun. This week’s menu includes Shepard’s Pie! All Seniors and individuals with special needs are welcomed. Newcomers are welcomed.

TOMORROW: Hospice Renfrew is offering a grief support group for people in Arnprior from 4:30 to 6:00 pm this Thursday, April 2nd, at the Arnprior Public Library. They provide a confidential, safe space to connect with other grieving people with shared types of loss or who are in similar stages of their grief journey. The groups are held monthly and facilitated by our grief & bereavement counsellor and volunteers.
