Police in Greater Madawaska say a community member faces a laundry list of charges following an incident earlier this month.
The Renfrew OPP were called to the township to investigate a reported assault at around noon on Tuesday, March 10th, arresting an unidentified suspect for:
- Eight counts of assault with a weapon
- Four counts of Assault
- Three counts of mischief
- Mischief under $5000
- Cruelty to animals
- Two counts of failure to comply with undertaking
- Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm
The accused was held ahead of a bail hearing.
