More than 480 early childhood educators and child care experts gathered at the myFM Centre in Renfrew for May Day 2025
Professionals in the Early Years sector from across the Ottawa Valley will get some special attention later this spring.
The County of Renfrew wants to recognize workers with licensed child care centres, EarlyON, or a licensed home child care agency who go above and beyond for children, families, and their teams at the annual May Day Conference, May 8th in Petawawa.
County staff are asking for families, peers, supervisors, and colleagues to help celebrate the amazing work being done for the communities’ kids by nominating someone who deserves to be recognized for their care, dedication, creativity, and compassion.
Nominations will be accepted through an online form until 8:00 am on Tuesday, March 31st.
