The Renfrew and Area Chamber of Commerce will have a lot to learn and discuss later this month.
Chamber members and guests are invited to meet for their Annual General Meeting and Breakfast Networking event at the Renfrew Golf Club on Tuesday, March 24th, as local entrepreneurs from Renfrew and the surrounding townships break bread over a hot meal before hearing from guest speaker Jennifer Layman, owner of the Forward Thinking Marketing Company.
That morning’s keynote topic, “Building a Competitive Advantage,” will offer insight on what to glean from your competitors to build your own business and how to make that competitiveness work in your favour.
Afterwards, Chamber members are welcome to stay for their annual general meeting, where they will go over their financial statements from the previous year, present their budget for 2026, and elect this year’s board of directors.
Tickets are $30 per person for members and $35 for non-members, available through the Chamber. The breakfast gets underway at 7:30 am that morning, with the guest speaker starting at 8:00 am.
