Local police say a recent complaint about a drunk driver took their officers across town lines to nab their suspect.
The Renfrew OPP were first alerted to the issue thanks to a traffic complaint made within Renfrew at around 6:55pm on Monday, February 16th. The vehicle would eventually be located travelling on Calabogie Road in Greater Madawaska.
As a result of that traffic stop, a 38-year-old from Greater Madawaska has been arrested on two drunk driving-related charges.
They would later be released ahead of a scheduled court appearance in March.
