TODAY: Ukrainian Soul Roots will save you a seat at the Renfrew Legion this Saturday as they serve up Ukrainian homemade perogies served in a favourite Canadian style – poutine! They’ll be open from 1:00 to 5:00 pm tomorrow with Tender flavourful perogies, soft melting cheese, savoury gravy and bacon/mushrooms/caramelized onions as toppings, plus much more!
TODAY: The Arnprior Optimist Winter Carnival gets underway a little early with their new Indoor Play Centre feature at Valley Play, opening Saturday at 9:30 am! Kids 7 and under can have the time of their lives- All you need is a $2 Arnprior Optimist Winter Carnival Button which can be purchased at any event! Adult supervision required, max three kids per adult. Space is limited, check with Valley Play for more details.
TOMORROW: 13 First Aid and Safety Training has added new dates for their popular Stay Safe! training course, which empowers youth with practical, age-appropriate skills to help them recognize risks, make smart decisions, and respond safely in real-life situations. Through engaging activities and scenarios, kids gain tools they can actually use, whether they’re home alone, out in the community, or with friends. Their next session is this Sunday at 16 Edward Street South in Arnprior. Ages 9 to 13. Register here.
