Renfrew will get some time to recover after celebrating the end of 2025 as a number of local businesses will stay closed for New Year’s Day
The local Wal-Mart, Metro, Giant Tiger, and Chris and Tanya’s No Frills are all closed for today, reopening at their usual business hours on Friday, January 2nd.
Both the Beer Store and LCBO are also closed for New Year’s, as is Aikenhead’s Pharmacy. Renfrew’s Rexall will be open between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Banks and post office locations will be closed, and there will be no mail delivery today.
