From humble beginnings in a tent pitched in the middle of the Temiskaming Square in a remote Northern Ontario community, it’s been a good life for psychic and friend Richard Ravenhawke, whom I interviewed on a then-AM Radio station some thirty-five years ago.
Ravenhawke notes that in tough economic times, the discipline once-known as “soothsaying” often takes a hit, as the practice is considered a luxury- but “hope-mongering” will always have its core of committed fans.
Having just finished a big show in Nepean, travelling has turned his odometre over three times on his present vehicle alone.
Ravenhawke has kept copious track; he’s done over 300 radio interviews, and made over 500 appearances on television.
With his home base in Ottawa, that’s the best place to see Richard for a personal reading.
The presence of a “promoter” doesn’t mean to imply Ravenhawke is a conglomerate- and since one place he hasn’t been is the Shawville Fair, you may have to track Richard down yourself.
