TODAY: The Town of Renfrew is partnering with the Bonnechere Algonquin First Nation for a National Indigenous Day event at Ma-te-Way Park – the Kitchi Sibi Women Drummers will welcome guests back to the park on Saturday at 10 a.m., alongside an Indigenous crafts session and a barbecue lunch.
TODAY The First Annual UOV Ringette Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 21 at the Oaks of Cobden, beginning at 11 a.m. The event is a fundraiser to help keep rising costs down for kids and families in the UOV Ringette community. Without billets, the team could not put a team on the ice! The goal of billet families is to provide an environment of support and trust with the players, giving them a home away from home.
