Nearly 6 decades of enriching the community has turned into a landmark moment for the Shawville Lion’s Club.
Lion Dr. Earle Potvin was recently presented with a Lions International Life Membership Award for his dedicated service, fellowship, and leadership.
The club congratulates Earle for being a guiding light to a better place to live, while former Lionette Margurite Carmichael credits him for being a force to have been reckoned with over the years, calling him a “real source of positive energy” for his wisdom, compassion, and humour.
