Renfrew and area foodies, if you’ve been craving some fried chicken, you’re in luck!
The town’s newest restaurant, Crunchy Bite Chicken, is set for its soft opening on Monday, May 26.
Owner Subin Ramadhas said he and wife Remya Kanagaraj recognized a need and answered the call. He credits his wife for much of the success of their growing businesses.
Ramadhas tells myFM just what’s on the menu.
Their goal? Provide high-quality food for the people of Renfrew and area.
Ramadhas explains there will be a variety of options for customers.
The couple also own the Renfrew Dollar Plus and Fabric Store on Raglan Street, as well as the Love Again Thrift Store.
From India originally, they have experience in the restaurant industry back home. They’ve been in Renfrew for almost five years in Canada for six.
What has Ramadhas found to be key to running several successful businesses?
Monday’s soft opening will allow them to get accustomed to the process. There are still a few things to complete before Crunchy Bite Chicken fully opens, likely in mid-June.
He invites customers to come check out the food, ask questions and share their feedback. He intends to have special offers and deals, starting off with a 10 per cent discount for the soft opening.
Ramadhas and Kanagaraj enjoy doing business in the Ottawa Valley and look forward to continued success.
