TODAY: Cobden Farmers Market opens on Saturday, May 17 with new, longer hours! Arrive as early as 8 a.m. for coffee and breakfast or stroll in and enjoy brunch, served until 1 p.m. Many new and returning vendors, at the fairgrounds in Cobden.
TODAY: The Barry’s Bay BIA hosts its signature annual event, Bay Day, along Main Street this Saturday! Enjoy sidewalk sales from local businesses, a live band (Odd Man Out!), local vendors, bouncy castle, classic car show, farmers market (located at the train station), face painting, dog show, and more! Bring the whole family for a full day of shopping, music, food, and fun!
TOMORROW: Music in the Park in Cobden on Sunday, May 18 at 2 p.m. (weather permitting) at the Cobden Veteran’s Memorial Park. Bring your lawn chair and listen to the great Music of Katie and Just Country.

The Renfrew Wolves will host a Skills and Drills Camp for 2005 to 2010 players starting May 21st, featuring 22 hours of Ice time Skills and Drills Program led By Assistant Coach of the Jr A Wolves and former D1 Defencemen Devin Campbell. Cost is $1,000 + tax per player. Sign up online.
Pickleball Drill Time takes place one hour before the weekly Friday pickleball session at the myFM Centre. Practice your serves, dinking, forehands, and backhands in a self-guided format, sharpening your skills before putting them to use in a game. Please note that this is an unsupervised session. Join them at the arena from 9:00 to 10:00am through the month of May. $2 per session for residents of Renfrew and the neighboring townships. Register online.
