Reports of threats have turned into criminal charges in Renfrew.
Local police responded to reports of threats being hurled during a Tuesday incident along Hall Avenue.
Officers on the scene would obtain an arrest warrant after an investigation and the suspect, a 65-year Renfrew resident, was taken into custody.
They were held for bail for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and failing to comply with a probation order.
