TODAY: The community is invited to join the RVH Foundation at the hospital’s healing garden this Friday at 6:00 p.m. as they illuminate their Tree of Lights, featuring dedications in celebration, honour, memory, or support of family, friends, or caregivers. Afterwards, enjoying Christmas caroling outside the hospital, plus refreshments, and a photo opportunity with Santa.
TODAY: The Renfrew Curling Club presents a night of musical entertainment this Friday December 6th 7 :30pm – 11:30pm. Drop by the curling rink on Xavier Street for a night of fun and comraderie to the music of Jerry Lee and Company.
TOMORROW: The Renfrew Santa Claus Parade will take off from outside St. Joseph’s Catholic High School at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 7th, through downtown Renfrew following Raglan St. S. The parade will end at Munroe Ave. with “Pictures with Santa” immediately following the parade at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 148. Hope to see you there!
TOMORROW: The Treats portion of the Trinity-St. Andrews United Church’s Treasures & Treats Sale is Saturday, December 7, from 10am to 2pm. Lots of homemade baking, candy and frozen turkey dinners are available. For further information, please call 613-432-2285.
