The Town of Renfrew has identified its new Chief Administrative Officer.
Gloria Raybone, currently the CAO/Treasurer of the Municipality of Tweed, will become Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Renfrew, effective January 6th.
Raybone began her career at a public accounting firm specializing in auditing municipalities and other public sector organizations.
After 13 years in public auditing, Gloria transitioned to municipal administration, returning to her hometown of Tweed as CAO/Treasurer in 2019.
She holds an Honours Bachelor in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
Renfrew Mayor Tom Sidney is pleased to welcome Raybone to the role saying “Her exceptional background and leadership experience will undoubtedly benefit Renfrew as we move forward with our strategic
goals and initiatives.”
Raybone, leaving her home town after five years in the senior leadership role, says, “Working with Council, staff, and the community to build on the town’s successes and create opportunities for growth is a privilege… I am excited for the work ahead and to make Renfrew my new home.”
The Town of Renfrew would like to thank Acting CAO Kelly Latendresse for her dedication and leadership during this transitional period.
