If you’re headed out for some good old-fashioned trick or treating this Halloween, there are several special opportunities on offer in Renfrew and area.
Along with hitting the streets and knocking on doors, trick or treaters in Renfrew and area have a few unique options when it comes to candy collection.
Head out to Horton for the annual Horton Firefighters Association Haunted Hall, running from 4-6 p.m. and featuring fun, food, firetrucks, a few frights and of course, CANDY! The fire hall can be found at 2253 Johnston Rd.
From 5-6:30, drop by the myFM Centre at Ma-te-Way Park for Howl-O-Ween Treats with the Junior A Wolves, a safe and thrilling drive-thru Halloween adventure.
Renfrew’s long-term care homes are also getting in on the fun. Trick-or-treaters are invited to drop by the Bonnechere Manor between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m., Quail Creek between 5:30 and 7:30 and Groves Park Lodge between 6:30 and 8 p.m.
