ALL MONTH: The Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation’s Put Your Breast Foot Forward Virtual Walk begins on October 1st! The Foundation encourages you to raise pledges all month long ahead of embarking on a 5 km walk or run that you can complete anywhere anytime up until the end of the month! Register your personal run/walk and donate here.
THIS WEEK: Celebrate your library during Ontario Public Library Week! Stop by the Renfrew Public Library and fill out a ballot to be entered in an awesome book bundle prize! Winner will be announced on the 28th. Head to their website to learn more.
TODAY: The Renfrew Legion invites you to take aim at their Seniors Dart days every Monday starting at 1:00 p.m. The public is welcome to drop by the Legion branch on Raglan Street South for a fun afternoon of darts and fellowship.
TOMORROW: Join the Township of McNab/Braeside in making a Hockey or Ringette themed doormat, this Tuesday from 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm at the Murray Yantha Community Centre. Pick from our templates. All craft supplies provided and the canteen/bar will be open! Doormat size- 16″x24″. $30 plus tax. Register online.
TOMORROW: The Town of Renfrew invites you to a Seniors and Tots Skate this Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the myFM Centre on Pad #2. These exclusive time slots allow for a more casual experience that’s perfect for younger and elderly skaters, as well as for taking your tot along in a stroller. Don’t forget your helmet!
