Patrick John Mills’ latest community initiative has now expanded into Arnprior.
Mills, owner of the Art Factory in Renfrew, has launched a project that invites members of the public to pick up a free wooden love sign, paint and/or decorate it, and either leave it in the community for someone to find or give it to someone who could use a little love.
Along with at the Art Factory and the Carleton Place Gallery, there are now 200 signs in Arnprior at White Pine Books/Arnprior Art Loft.
So far, there are 700 that will be given out in Renfrew, 500 in Carleton Place and 200 in Arnprior, says Mills.
And whether you’re painting a love sign or you find one, Mills would love to see it shared on social media, in the comments below the project posts with the hashtag #loveart #liveloveartfactory.
