Renfrew County Ribfest is back Sept. 27 to 29 at Pembroke Waterfront Park. Enjoy three straight days of great food, live music, and fantastic vibes. VIP tickets still available for purchase online through their website.
Saturday, embrace the cozy vibes of sweater weather at the Renfrew Craft Beer & Food Truck Festival! Head to Low Square from noon to 8 p.m. on Saturday for live acoustic music and a wide selection of craft beers from local vendors, perfectly paired with delicious eats from a variety of food trucks. Admission to the fenced-in alcohol area of Low Square is $2. Entry to Railway Avenue, where the food vendors will be set up, is free. Alcohol and food vendors will have products available for purchase on-site.
Saturday, the Renfrew Legion hosts a Mixed Doubles Dart Tournament this Saturday, starting with registration 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., with play at 11. Renfrew Wolves fans are encouraged to wear orange for Saturday’s home game against the Cornwall Colts. Puck drops inside the myFM Centre at 7:30 p.m. that evening.
On Sunday, The Junior B Timberwolves celebrate their home opener at the myFM Centre against the Ottawa West Golden Knights. Game time is 7 p.m.
