The Shawville Community Centre is hosting a 2 day training session for first aid in the workplace starting this Thursday, September 5th. Each day is 8:30am until 4:30pm, and is required training for businesses with physical locations and staff. French training will happen on September 19 and 20 at the Arena in Fort-Coulonge from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Register for either course with Santinel at 450-679-7801 ext. 2230 or ext. 0
Grab the mic and sing your heart out this Thursday! It’s Karaoke Night at the Final Score Sports Bar inside the Days Inn, 760 Gibbons Road in Renfrew! The stage is yours from 8:00 p.m. to closing, with the kitchen open until 10:00 p.m.
The 169th Renfrew Fair opens its gates to the public for four days of food, fun and games, live music, agricultural exhibitions, and more starting this Thursday, September 5th. Admission and midway tickets are available on site, with bundles featuring tickets to each evening’s concerts also available online.
The Golden Age Activity Centre welcomes you to enjoy lunch and a show with them this Friday at noon! Enjoy beef stew and dessert plus entertainment from Nick Leben starting at 1:00 p.m. Be sure to sign up at their downtown office by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday to take part!
