Free seniors, Parents & Tot Skates are back at the myFM Centre! These special sessions are for meant to give a slower, more relaxed space for newer skaters and their parents and guardians. Drop by the second ice pad at the arena this Tuesday from 10:30am-12:00pm. Don’t forget your helmet!
Take a moment for yourself this week during Yoga with Tiziana, every Wednesday 7-8 pm at Pontiac Continuing Education Center, 89 Rue Centre, Shawville. The meetup runs weekly until December 11th. No classes on October 2nd and 9th. Email Tiziana for more information: tizianarcenciel@gmail.com.
