The Renfrew Legion Ladies Auxiliary Pancake Breakfast is this Saturday, Aug. 3! Head down to the Legion on Raglan Street anytime from 8:30 to 11 a.m. for pancakes, sausages, juice, tea and coffee – $10 adults, $5 for kids.
The Calabogie Market Summerfest takes place Saturday, at 574 Mill Street from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Demonstrations, food and drink, with 30 on-site vendors. Music by Aerik Watson and more.
Renfrew’s Pet Valu is hosting a fun fair with lots of games this Saturday! Stop by their store on O’Brien Road from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for some family fun and enjoy a hamburger or hotdog at the BBQ. All proceeds will go to CARE Animal Rescue; thanks again for your support!
Sunday, Aug. 4 is the Care Camp Show and Shine at Renfrew Ottawa-West KOA, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 2826 Johnston Rd. In Horton. Care Camps is a program that our KOA supports. Each year for the past 6 years we have held our vendor Sunday. Care Camps is program that assists pediatric cancer patients and their families. They allow children with cancer to be kids, enjoy camping all while having medical supervision. Our local camp is in Lanark.
