
While the customary entertainment aspects of a Valley Fair like the midway and demolition derby have been left in the dust of its history, the Arnprior Agricultural Society remains focused on its mission of Agricultural Education, as Stacy Howard, General Manager of the Valley Ag Festival explains.
Now that school is out, and the Agricultural Festival is on, those same kiosks will move from the JAG Centre, to the Murray Yantha Community Centre.
It’s an irony that with so much farmland still around us, rural connections have been lost for many townsfolk.
Stacy says it’s important to realize not all food comes from a Green Giant Can.

You may “marvel” at the heroes- or not. There are kids games, and bounce houses.
Stacy says Homecrafts are a key component of the Valley Agricultural Festival, and one of the contestants could be described as a “ringer”
That’s the “All-Ontario” champion from that year!
Free Entry, free parking- on-site food vendors, at the Valley Agricultural Festival 2024- situated on the McNab-Braeside Municipal property, 2473 Russet Drive, adjacent to the Murray Yantha Community Centre.
