You don’t have to swing a club to help the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation’s quest for more funding.
The 26th annual RVH Golf Classic rolls through the Renfrew Golf Club today, supporting the purchase of vital equipment not covered by government grants.
However, RVH Foundation Executive Director Patti Dillabough reminds you that taking part in the accompanying silent auction can be done from the comfort of your home.
It’s one of three different options tied to the Golf Classic, with all money going towards the Equip RVH campaign, including the draw for a garden shed that’s become a tradition for the event.
Also returning this year is the RVH Golf Ball Drop, which returns after a positive reception during its debut on the 18th green last year.
Tickets for both the Garden Shed draw and Golf Ball Drop are $10 each and can be purchased right up until 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 14th. Bidding on silent auction items can be made until 7:00 p.m.
