B.I.A.K. Indigenous Teachings and Drumming at the Renfrew Public Library starting at 10:30 a.m. this Thursday, June 6th! Enjoy the Indigenous culture through song, stories and drumming! Registration is available through the Library’s website.
The Annual McNab Public School FUN FAIR is back! Thursday, June 6 from 5-8 pm. Enjoy games, prizes, silent auction, bake sale, face painting, inflatables, BBQ with the McNab/Braeside Fire Department, Arnprior Agricultural Society, OPP cruiser, snow cones, and MORE! This annual event is hosted by McNab Parent Council to raise funds for new playground equipment at McNab Public School. All are welcome to attend! Bring cash

The Fred Eaglesmith Show comes to Pembroke on Friday, June 7, 2024 at the Germania Club (15 Bennett Street, Pembroke). Advance tickets are $50 and are available now through Ticketscene.ca. Doors open at 7 pm, and the show starts at 7:30 pm. Ontario native Fred Eaglesmith is a successful musician with 40 years of performing and 20+ albums within his repertoire. Perhaps best known for his single “Trucker Speed,” Eaglesmith has toured towns and cities across the continent, singing about vehicles, rural life, down-and-out characters, lost love, and quirky rural folk.
