The Ottawa Valley’s seniors will take centre stage as we wrap up the month of May.
The 2nd annual myFM 55+ Show comes to the Renfrew Wing, 164 Argyle Street, for a two-day event kicking off this Friday, May 31st, at 4:00 p.m.
Show coordinator Aline Stukart explains that the show is dedicated to helping you make the very most of your present and future.
Even after a successful first run that garnered plenty of positive feedback from vendors and visitors, Stukart says she’s still tinkering with the event to make it even better.
Part of that is an even tighter focus on what the Ottawa Valley’s seniors are interested in as they take their next steps into retired life, helping it to become a distinct companion event to the Home Cottage and Leisure Show that was held earlier this month.
Admission is free, and visitors are welcome to drop by the Renfrew Wing anytime this Friday afternoon from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, June 1st, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Stukart says there’s just one thing you’ll need to bring with you.
There are a few vendor spaces still available, but time is running out. Interested businesses and organizations can email 55show@mbcmedia.ca to get the process started.
