It’s Good Friday, which means a number of Renfrew businesses will take a step back to observe the national holiday.
Walmart, Giant Tiger, Renfrew Metro and Chris and Tanya’s No Frills will be closed on Friday, reopening early on Saturday morning. Both the LCBO and Beer Store are also closed today.
Aikenheads Pharmacy is closed today, but the local Rexall Drugstore will remain open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Local banks and post office locations will be closed, with no mail delivery until next week.
Town Hall will close at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 29, and reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, April 2. The Renfrew Public Library will be closed on Friday, March 29, Sunday, March 31, and Monday, April 1 and reopen on Tuesday, April 2.
The myFM Centre Recreation Complex will be closed on Sunday, March 31, and reopen on Monday, April 1 at 7 a.m.
