UPDATE: OPP posted at 5:12 p.m. March 8 that the collision had been cleared.
A portion of Highway 17 in Whitewater Region is closed this afternoon following a crash.
At 1:38 p.m., on Friday, March 8, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) shared on X that Highway 17, between Waterview and Poff roads, near Cobden, is closed following a collision.
Emergency crews are on scene.
