The best laid plans have gone awry for tonight’s EOJHL playoff game between the Renfrew Timberwolves and Richmond Royals.
The series-deciding game 5 was originally set to be played inside the Richmond Memorial Centre on Friday night, but the league made the choice on Thursday to move the game to the myFM Centre in Renfrew.
Now, according to Timberwolves owner Ryan Leonard, that game will be moved to a neutral site, with the Timberwolves and Royals heading to the Metcalfe Arena for an 8:30 p.m. contest that will determine which team moves on to face either Arnprior or Carleton Place in the second round of the playoffs.
Leonard says the game will be broadcast online for FloHockey members.
