The Rocky Mountain House in Renfrew hosts a night of stand-up comedy brought to you by YUK YUKS, Friday evening starting at 8:30pm! Tickets are $25 each, and available right now through eventbrite.
The annual Ray Megrath Memorial Dart Tournament is set for Saturday, January 27, at the Renfrew Legion. Three person teams, registration is from 10am to 10:45am, with play at 11am. On The Rocks, at 729 Mill Street in Calabogie, is the site of a monthly bookclub meet-up for business owners put together by Lil B.I.R.D (businesses in rural destinations). They will be discussing key points and motivations from Tim Ferriss’ book, Tribe of Mentors. RSVP’s are required, do so through eventbrite.

LOCAL SPORTS: Support Our Teams!
The U13 Timberwolves Rep League STM Builds team host the Pembroke Kings on Friday night at 6:30 p.m. on Pad 2 at the myFM Centre.
In U15 House League: Pirie Insulation takes on the Barry’s Bay Bears on myFM Centre Pad 1 Friday night at 7:30.
Afterwards, the Under 18 Rep League Timberwolves- Personalize It play the Arnprior Packers on Pad 1. The puck drops at 8:30.
The Renfrew Wolves return to the ice on Friday night in Carleton Place when they take on the Canadians. Game time is 7:45.
