Want to play in the park? Music, that is.
Arnprior’s Recreation Department is collecting submissions from potential performers to entertain at the Town’s summer events including Concerts in the Park, Priorpalooza, PaddleFest, Dragon Boat Festival, and Canada Day.
Concerts in the Park program is an annual summer event series that showcases local talent on the Gazebo Stage of Robert Simpson Park.
Performances happen from 2-4PM on the 10 Sundays following the annual Priorpalooza Festival, an all day (10AM to 9PM) event at Robert Simpson.
PaddleFest is a new event planned this summer at McLean Park to help familiarize the community with our waterfront sports and provide free recreation. Paddlefest will run from 11am-4pm and feature free guided paddles from Ottawa Valley Air Paddle, and related amenities.
Canada Day is big in Arnprior. Activities at Robert Simpson Park involve family entertainment, great food and fireworks. Performances take place from 11AM to 5PM.
