There are 10,000 reasons why a local business considers 2023 to have been an incredible year.
Beyond The Crystal Cauldron, a Renfrew-based online store specializing in crystals and other “witchy” items, was able to donate just over $10,000 back into the community last year with proceeds from their monthly live sales.
Most recently, they donated $1,000 to the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Oncology Unit, $500 to the Renfrew Legion’s furnace fund, and $1,700 to the Renfrew and District Food Bank.
Co-owners Chris Kyte and Kayla Pilon tell myFM News that they are grateful that their business gives them the opportunity to support the community in such a meaningful way, an act that wouldn’t be possible without their tremendous customers who support each and every event.
Beyond the Crystal Cauldron is already getting a start on fundraising for 2024, with their first event of the year sending 25% of the total sales to Renfrew and Area Seniors Home Support.
