An iconic retail space in Renfrew is opening up for rent in the new year and interest is apparently picking up.
The old Lindsay Family Feed Mill on Raglan Street, which is currently the home of Mill Music, will be ready for a new tenant starting February 1st.
The building dates back 1923 and features ample space with an office, full basement, and spacious storage area.
The building’s owner, Steve St. Michael, describes the building as a spacious commercial space that is “solid as a rock,” having been renovated top to bottom back in 2000 by architect Ron Arbuthnot.
He adds that there have already been several inquiries, and he’s confident that the space will be rented out.
