This weekend will be the perfect opportunity to get in to the spirit of giving.
The Renfrew and Arnprior OPP are teaming up with the Riverstone Christian Fellowship for their annual toy drive this Sunday, December 3rd, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. outside the Arnprior Giant Tiger.
Acting Sergeant Brianna Roberge and auxiliary officers will be on site, looking to fill their cruisers full of toys for local youth in need over the holiday season.
Roberge says officers are always happy to be able to continue what has become an amazing local tradition.
She adds that the generosity of the community always shines through during the event, and the experience is one that she’s taken to sharing with her family.
Arnprior’s Giant Tiger will be making it even easier to give back the community, with a selection of toys on sale at 20 percent off in-store.
