It turns out that a collision between Renfrew and Arnprior this morning was not as bad as first thought.
Renfrew OPP says that officers were sent to a two-car crash along Highway 17 near McCallum Drive during the morning hours of Monday, October 30th, that was originally called in as a “potentially more serious collision.”
Thankfully, police are reporting that the people inside the vehicles only suffered minor injuries.
They add that one lane of the highway near the accident was shut down temporarily to allow for towing and clean-up efforts.
