An update to the plane crash incident that we told you about on Friday afternoon. Just before 2:30, Killaloe OPP was called out to a plane that was reported to have crashed on a private runway and was upside down on Hyndford Road in the Township of Bonnechere Valley. Two people on board were helped by bystanders. The 80-year-old pilot from Douglas was transported to hospital by ORNG with nonlife-threatening injuries while the passenger was transported to the hospital by paramedics with minor injuries. The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) was notified for further investigation.
