Renfrew OPP and the local Community Street Crime Unit have made another arrest in connection with the months-long rash of graffiti in town.
Their investigation traced one distinct and specific tag found in various spots to 19-year-old Korrighan Watson of Renfrew, who was arrested for mischief under $5,000 and disguising with unlawful intent.
He has since been let go ahead of a court appearance coming up in late September.
Vandalism and graffiti have been a hot topic for residents and town staff in Renfrew, who have seen multiple businesses and public buildings defaced since the spring.
Last month, two local minors were also arrested for vandalism after being caught on camera spray painting over a local car wash and Renfrew’s historic caboose.
