On Wednesday July 19th OPP conducted a traffic stop on Hincks Avenue in Renfrew about 520PM, leading to charges against 66 year-old Steven Murray Binks on Impaired and Over 80 charges.
The Renfrew resident was also tabbed with two counts of Driving while under suspension, and one of Driving a motor vehicle with liquor readily available.
Binks was given a court date of September 6th in Pembroke.
On Saturday (July 22nd) about 130AM police attended a motor vehicle collision on Higway 17 in
Horton Township, then escorted the driver to hospital.
Sylvain Beauregard, age 47, was charged with Impaired, as well as careless Driving and fail to remain under the HTA.
The accused will also appear in court in Pembroke on September 6th.
