Start your weekend off right with some free yoga, happening right in the middle of town.
One of our local OPP officers from the Renfrew Detachment will lead the session on the grass of Renfrew’s Low Square on Saturday, July 22, starting at 9:00am.
According to her, it’s not a stretch to say that we should enjoy our summer while we can, and doing yoga outside on a peaceful morning makes for a very relaxing experience.
All you need to do in order to take part is show up Saturday morning with a mat and a water bottle. You can also bring props along if they help, but they won’t be required in order to enjoy the session, as the lawn outside Town Hall should make for an ideal space with plenty of room to move around.
It’s an event being run in conjunction with the Renfrew and Area Connection Centre, a local community hub aiming to help residents through various supports and services in the Renfrew area.
