What did you think of this year’s Canada Day Celebrations in Renfrew?
Whether you are from town or dropped by to celebrate with friends and family, town staff are interested in hearing your opinion and have set up an online survey to find out what you’d like to see next year.
Speaking with us ahead of the July 1st event, Mayor Tom Sidney explained that a lot of turnover inside Town Hall this year almost limited the festivities to just evening fireworks before they added mid-day activities at Ma-te-Way Park.
He also noted that they were interested in where they could expand on Canada Day as the town’s new-look leadership group settles in.
