Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) OPP have charged a driver following an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) rollover in Whitewater Region.
On Wednesday May 17th at daybreak (530AM) police received a complaint of an ATV rollover on Sutherland Road.
A portion of Sutherland Road was closed for several hours to allow police to investigate.
Three persons were seriously injured.
One was airlifted to an Ottawa hospital, while the other two were transported by ambulance to an Ottawa hospital.
During the course of the investigation a Roadside Screening Device was used.
The operator, Craig Hebert, 63, of London, ON was charged with impaired operation.
The accused had his driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was towed and impounded for seven.
Hebert was released to appear in Pembroke court at a later date.
